Pet info. Although most people don't know how to take care of horses, they buy them anyway. It's not an easy task. Check with a professional before attempting something this monumental. You need to have a lot of time to care for an animal that large.
It's not easy doing what I do after I get home from work. AFTER I take care of the dogs and feed myself. I've got to split my time between networking, writing the blog, dictating what I wrote for one manuscript during the day, write the second manuscript at night, check my forums, and perhaps have an hour to read someone else's indie book. Yep, I'm pooped!
Pet info. Did you know that to stop a dog from digging in the yard, they recommend you toss poop into the hole. That should stop the digging. The problem with that is... What if it doesn't stop it. Then you get poop all over the house. No thank you.

Just watched Ender's Game. Man, not what I expected. It grieves my heart to know that representation is our reality. Why can't the people in power stop and think? Is it because they are in power and as such, put the survival of our species first before anything else? I think not...
Pet info. During this weird heat wave in the beginning of September, make sure your pets have adequate water. But, never leave water down overnight if your pets stay indoors. That just creates a problem if they need to relieve themselves while you sleep.
