Pet info. Oh, who the hell an I kidding... I can't concentrate anymore.
These maps have been going around. They're called "Judgmental Maps". Instead of town names, they put silly words that describe the area. We've got on for the Hamptons. It's spot on. The only problem? I seem to live in the "who cares" area. Oh, well... I've known that for awhile.
Pet info. As our pets age, remember just like us, they need less calories. Cut back on those daily snacks and save them for special occasions.
Has anyone watched Da Vinci's Demons? It's really out there, but it's fascinating to see him create his inventions. I'm sure Leonardo never went to Machu Picchu.

Pet info. I will say this again. Dry dog or cat food holds all the nutrition your pets need, BUT cats do better with wet food or raw food, and dogs need wet food so they don't gain too much weight.

Pet info. A dog can understand 165 words, including signs, signals, and gestures. And can count to 5. Smart breeds can understand at least 250 words. So, do be so surprised when they know what you're talking about.

Pet info. Do your pets have a favorite toy? If so, I'm sure it's well worn if it hasn't been torn to shreds. Tossing the toy into the washing machine with a special enzymatic formula, will clean it of any growing bacteria.

So... I work in an environment near 5 different food places. Most of the time I don't even pay attention. If it's not organic, I usually pass, but I haven't always eaten that way. Today someone was cooking fried chicken, and it smelled wonderful. Kentucky Fried Chicken anyone?
Pet info. So many people come in and ask about dry food to clean their dogs and cats teeth. Think about that for a second. Brushing cleans teeth. Just because something you eat is hard and rough, doesn't mean it will clean your teeth. When you eat a cookie does it clean your teeth? I didn't think so. You must search out products that will help clean teeth. Look for enzymes.

Wow... That's just wrong
If you ever worked in retail, did you see customers that have just fallen off the deep end? I had one today, but it really started last week. A good product comes along, you tell people about it, they're not sure, so you don't push. They come back and decide to buy it. They use a charge card and go on their merry way.
Right. So, they decide to bring aforementioned product back yesterday. No problem. My boss took the credit card and gave them a refund. Today, they realize they used the wrong credit card. So, I'm on the phone for 20 minutes trying to explain it wouldn't be possible to fix it. Everything is good. We have our product, they have a refund. But it wasn't good enough. He couldn't come out cuz he was here last week on vacation. Good lord! Let it go!!!!
The boss handled it by calling them back and saying all parties were even. End of story. Heavy sigh...
Pet info. If you leave your pets outdoors in the warm weather, make sure they have fresh water, but also give them a place to find shade. Build a doghouse. Buy an outside cat house. Save a life!
