    So, I've gone 10 days with my new Nutri Ninja. And I feel great. Although, I would love to chew on something.

    I think this weekend, I'll have some solid food and see how I feel.

    Pet info. At this time of year when fleas and ticks are at their worst, I'd like to remind everyone that ALL spot ons work where the parasites have to bite your pet to drink the blood to get the poison. That means you WILL see fleas and ticks on your pet. I know... It sucks...

May 26, 2014 Insane Wine Infused Ramblings "Pre-Summer Salads"

    For dinner I had fresh bok choy from the garden. It was delicious. 

    Add a bit of baby spinach, lettuce, legumes, nuts, and avacado... = yum! So good on a warm day.

    Pet info. If your dog or cat has environmental allergies, you can wipe them down when they come inside. Giving them a bath often is another good idea.
