Building the self dog wash has become quite the chore! Something that should have been easy, has grown arms and legs.
AH, this too shall pass. And then we'll have dogs, dog hair, and eliminations ALL over!
I just can't wait! Nothing I haven't seen before, many times. Gotta love a chaotic mess. It's gonna play havoc with my OCD.
Will there be fighting? I can handle a tiny bit of peer pressure. So pushy! LOL!
What will the room look like afterward? I dread the thought. We're moving in to uncharted territories here.

Pet info. Very important this evening. Have you ever heard of bloat? It's a serious condition, created by at least 2 different scenarios. One is food related, the other could be caused by water. When a dog with a large barrel chest eats, then becomes active, the stomach can move inside the abdominal cavity.
Twisting, it cuts off the ability to pass the food and can also kill the tissue lining. This is an operable situation, in most cases. Remember, no exorcise, or major activity after eating, and no large amounts of water after exorcising, or major activity. You'll be happier, and so will they!

I'm sure people born between 1950 and 1970 have figured out how to use a computer by now. If they can't decipher it, perhaps it's the sites problem?
Confusing codes? I don't know. I still haven't gone on to do it myself. Just too busy. You know, writing, editing, mixing soundtracks...
Man, it never ends! Yep, sometimes I wish! Nah, it'll never happen. My OCD wouldn't allow it. Living with me would be torture.
Even I drive myself nuts, but if I had to stare at THAT all day, I'd off myself. It's bad enough the shelving unit at work is off center by 4 inches. I've been there for over 7 years, and I can't get over it.

On to pet info! Small dogs can be trouble eaters, but did you know their calorie requirement is very low? A 20 lb dog only need 400 calories a day, so the smaller they are, the less they need. A few pieces of hard kibble would do nicely.
Those that read my blog know I love to make it fun. I'm not a serious person. Life's just too short for all the adult stuff in the world. I'll leave those distasteful things to others. But tonight, I'd love to feature some wonderfully moving photography, by Leonardo Porres.

Pet info for the evening. Did you know feeding your dog biscuits is giving them empty carbs? Instead of wheat, or oats, give them whole meat, like chicken breast, duck breast, rabbit, lamb... You get the picture. Protein has less fat! Eat well!!

Pet info! keeping your pets happy is paramount to your own. A tired dog is a happy dog, so get out and play with them, or take them for a walk. I understand in the winter, it's hard to do, but go out with them for a short time. It'll be good for everyone!
So, the Grammy's... Anybody watch? I had to ask, 'cuz I didn't. I'm not into the awards shows. I have no idea who won what.

Moving on to pet info. I had to give my dogs a bath today, and while one of them jumps in with no problem, the other wants to run and hide. If you have an unwilling participant, there are a few things you can try to get them into the tub or shower. Treats? For the food motivated dogs. Praise? For the people loving ones. Leash? For the others that just refuse to budge. Just remember to be gentle and encouraging. Make it a positive experience.

I used to love to go to that parade! Tall ships, blowing sails, and crazy rum-drunk pirates! I'm sure as an adult, it would be even more exciting!

It's pet info time! Well, I thought I should give some advice. All pets should make a yearly visit to the Vets office. Even if they're healthy. You never know when your Vet will find some underlining problem. A stool sample and some blood work. That's all. No shots involved. I think vaccinations are over rated. Get the first few, and of course the rabies, but find out which ones you can skip.
I'm freezing. When will the temps go up? IDK, but it better be soon. I don't even want to go outside. I went to warm up my car tonight, and by the time I got back inside, I had a brain freeze. WTF?
I know it's like I'm doing the same old song and dance. But my personal comfort is paramount!

So, pet info time? OK. Designer dogs... Or mutts? Well, we can call them anything we want, but cross-breed dogs are mutts. Mutts are always good. Their genes are stronger, they have less inbreeding, so they're usually healthier. Go to a shelter and get a designer dog, you'll be glad you did!
